Enjoy a water taxi to Onetahuti before starting your guided kayak tour south to Anchorage. Be enchanted from the moment you set your eyes on your new found paradise as you paddle your way through the Tonga Island Marine Reserve. Stay overnight at the beautiful beach side campsite in Anchorage and wake up ready to embark on another breath-taking day. On day two, kayak your own way (unguided) back to Mārahau at your pace. Explore the secluded, golden sand beaches and the Astrolabe Islands, bursting with seals and bird life.This tour is sure to create life long memories in a place we are lucky enough to call home.

Kayak: Day 1, GUIDED - Onetahuti to Anchorage (approx 4 hours). Day 2, UNGUIDED- Anchorage to Mārahau (approx 4 hours)

Water Taxi: One taxi ride

Bus: $70pp Nelson return.  $40pp Motueka return

Accommodation: Camp pass included, camp gear available to hire if required.

What to bring:

Please bring with you a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, swim suit or fast drying clothing (avoid pants or jeans), warm jacket (avoid cotton – wool or fleece is best), change of clothes, towel, walking shoes or walking sandals, any personal medication you may require, warm change of clothes for the evenings, torch, tent, sleeping bags, sleeping mat, portable gas cooker, food (dinner, breakfast, day two lunch) and of course don’t forget your camera.

Top quality double sea kayak, buoyancy aid, spray skirt, paddle jacket, paddle, waterproof map, all safety gear required, food (when included), dry bag for cameras, heavy duty plastic bags for personal gear and of course one of our superstar guides.
